Murder charges have been brought in the weekend death of Adrian Rashad Wimbush.
A grand jury convened today and issued the following indictments against Larry Jacoby Davis, age 27 of Danville:
First Degree Murder
Malicious Wounding
Use of a Firearm In The Commission of a Felony (2 counts)
Discharging a Firearm Within 1,000 feet of School Property
Davis was served with the indictments today and continues to be held in the Danville City Jail under no bond.
The investigation continues. Davis' mugshot will be released once it is determined that it will not negatively affect the investigation. (*Mugshot Released 6-28-12*)
