At approximately 10:50 PM, Danville Police responded to the 1500 block of Richmond Boulevard in reference to a domestic dispute. When officers arrived, they discovered a male victim suffering from what appeared to be a stab wound to his left arm. The victim was transported to the Danville Regional Medical Center where he was treated for his non-life threatening injuries.
Danville Police charged Takita D. Carter, age 26, of Danville with aggravated malicious wounding (VA S.C. 18.2-51).
Takita D. Carter is being held in the Danville City Jail under no bond.
