The 1-year-old boy that was left in a car in front of Ross in Coleman Marketplace Tuesday, died today.
At approximately 12:10 pm today medical personnel at Carilion Clinic Children's Hospital pronounced Dakhyran Markell Reeves, age 1 year 8 months, dead. The body will be sent to the Medical Examiner's Office in Roanoke for further examination.
The 3-year-old girl was released from the hospital late yesterday afternoon. The 78-year-old woman was also released from the hospital yesterday.
The investigation, in cooperation with Danville Social Services since it began on Tuesday, is ongoing.
