Texas Steakhouse in partnership with area law enforcement agencies, is hosting the annual Cops and Cows fundraiser tomorrow from 11:00 am to 7:00 pm. Officers and Deputies will be on hand waiting tables with proceeds from all tips going to Special Olympics Virginia and the 26th Annual Law Enforcement Torch Run. Donations will also be accepted at the restaurant during this time.
