On 01-17-11 at approximately 22:33, Officers responded to 1415 Piney Forest Rd, the Piney Forest Exxon, for an Armed Robbery. The Clerk reports a black male entered the store, produced a small black handgun and demanded all the money from the register, he then left the store on foot with an unknown amount of cash from the register, in the direction of Arby’s on Piney Forest Rd.
The Suspect is described as a light skinned black male, approximately 6’0”, 180lbs, wearing blue jeans and a camouflage coat with the hood pulled down over his face. He is armed with a small black handgun. The area was searched with negative results.
No one was injured and no shots were fired.
