On 11-13-10 at approximately 5:58pm, officers responded to the West Stokes Convenience Market, 1023 West Stokes Street in reference to an armed robbery. The owner of the market reported that three Black males wearing gray hooded sweatshirts entered the business and one of the suspects produced a small semi-automatic pistol; demanding the money. After robbing the market of cash and cigarettes, all three suspects fled on foot towards the Southern railroad tracks. The suspects are described as being in their early 20’s and slim build. Two of the suspects were 6’ to 6’1” and the other was about 5’10”. They were all brown skinned. Two of the three were wearing some sort of white towel or cloth around their faces. There were no shots fired and no injuries.
