Riverview Rotary Christmas Parade

December 8, 2019 starting at 3 p.m. at the intersection of Main St. and Broad St. 

This year's theme will be A Hometown Christmas. Registration will begin at 10 a.m. on Sept. 3. Additional rules and regulations will be posed as they are finalized.

General Information 

• The deadline for registration is Friday, November 22 at 5 p.m. Applications received or postmarked after November 22 will be subject to a $50 late fee. 
• Packet pickup will be at the Danville Welcome Center daily November 29 through December 7 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. 
• The parade will take place rain or shine.
• All entries should reflect the theme of a Hometown Christmas.
• Non-compliance with the rules and regulations will result in disqualification from the event.
• Only non-commercial and commercial floats will be judged. Performance groups will not be judged.  
• Winning floats will be announced prior to the parade; winners will be designated.
• Throwing candy and other objects from floats or moving vehicles is prohibited.
